Place the cards side-by-side, in any order, and a panoramic London cityscape is created. Change the view by flipping or shuffling the cards and a new cityscape appears. Endless London is a "Myriorama". The word was coined in the 19th century to describe a set of cards created of an Italian Landscape. The cards had illustrations that aligned when laid out in any order, allowing the view to create numerous combinations of imaginary landscapes by re-arranging the cards.
