Is your web site secure?

Shopping with your credit card with Pop Deluxe is guaranteed to be safe and secure.

We take extensive steps to process thousands of Internet transactions securely and safely. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard for securing credit card transactions over the Internet.

To continue our commitment to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process to verify that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm CST. Our number is 800-399-5757. No drones answering the phone here, we're all real people that are living and breathing Pop Deluxe and it's products. We're happpy to answer any questions to the best of our knowledge. Leave a message if you're routed to our answering service...we'll return your call, generally within 24 hours.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, send us an email and we'll get you another copy.

Tax

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Wisconsin. We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to addresses within the USincluding Hawaii and Alaska, see our chart for pricing. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. We also ship to Canada! Please see our Shipping + Delivery Page for a detailed chart that explains our shipping charges.

Delivery times

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time you place it if all items are in stock. These delivery times are only estimates and UPS Ground shipping can take up to 9 days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. If you need an item shipped quickly, we do offer 2 to 3 day UPS AIR. Please let us know if you have any special concerns about shipping times with your order. We do not split shipments or back order items. If something is sold out, we will email you about removing it from your order, holding until your order is complete or substituting an item.

UPS Shipping Methods:

Ground - If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. CST, your order will usually ship between 24-48 hours . Our UPS picks up is at 4 pm during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from us to your doorstep, you can visit UPS.com. We ship from Madison, WI, zip code is 53714.

2/3 Day Air- If your order is placed M-F, before 1 P.M. CST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two or three days, starting with shipping day number one.
Priority Mail International to Canada- Orders generally take 6-10 business days to reach Canadian customers. We are not responsible for delays once they reach Canadian soil, customs issues or charges. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

Method of delivery

The majority of items are shipped via UPS, but ocassionally we do use USPS for small envelopes or orders sent to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order! We offer a full refund for the price of the product if you're not satisfied. Email us at webpeople@popdeluxe.net to arrange for a return.

  • Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods.  Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

    Exchanges

    You're welcome to exchange an item, as long as it's within 30 days of purchase and the item is in new condition. The easiest thing to do is contact us for an RA#, we can then process it as a return and you can place a new order. See our Returns + Exchanges page for more details.
