Our 30 Day Return Policy
Once you receive your package, you've got 30 days to love it or leave it. If you decide to send it back, we're happy to refund you the full purchase price less shipping fees as long as all the following are steps are met.
ALL SALE PRICED ITEMS (including our deluxe daily deals) are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
Here's a step by step guide to a happy return:
1. Contact us at returns@popdeluxe.net or call 1-800-399-5757 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return address for your package.
This is the most important step, do not send anything without obtaining this pre-authorization as it insures that we are expecting your package and will process your return. Please clearly print your assigned RA Number on the outside of the box, if this number is not on the exterior of the package it will be refused. This number must be on the box to avoid confusion when processing your return.
2. Your item must be in new condition and in it's original packaging (if applicable). We do not accept returns on mealtime goods (plates, cups, flatware), bedding, DVDs, electronic/electrical devices or plants/seeds. We're happy to exchange them, for an exact replacement only, if defective. Items sold on sale, daily deluxe deals, discount or purchased with promotional coupons are also not returnable.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%.
3. Pack your item well and send it via a method that can be insured and tracked. You are responsible to getting it back to us, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Again, don't forget to write the RA# on the outside! It's essential for processing your refund.
4. Once your package is returned, it will be inspected and processed. You will be refunded in the same method you originally paid. If your item was a gift, your refund will be in the form of a store credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. If you're original payment was made via credit card, your refund may take until your next billing cycle to appear on your statement, please check with your issuing bank if you have questions.
Items purchased with our FREE Shipping Promotion
We're excited to offer free UPS Ground shipping for customers spending over $150. If you decide to return items and your order total falls below $150, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund amount.
Pop Deluxe Exchange Policy
If you're welcome to exchange an item, as long as it's within 30 days of purchase and the item is in new condition. The easiest thing to do is contact us for an RA#, we can then process it as a return and you can place a new order. |
