We want you to be POP happy! It's easy to return something for a full refund (cost of the item) with us. Please see our Returns + Exchanges section for more details about our return policy.

Ordering Over The Phone

If you prefer to place your order over the phone, you can call us at 1-800-399-5757 and we will be happy to take your order or answer any questions. During busy times you may be routed to our voice mail system. You can leave your name and phone number and we will call you as soon as possible.

Free Delivery to Store Next Day For our local shoppers we offer next day delivery to our store for pick-up. This only applies Sun-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Any questions please contact us.

International Orders

We now ship to Canada via Priority Mail International. We retain the right to cancel any order if it's oversized or the goods are unable to be shipped to another country. Shoppers from other countries should look into internationalcheckout.com for overseas deliveries.

Undeliverable Shipments/Refused Packages

UPS will make three attempts to deliver your item before it is returned to us. Be sure to watch for your shipment! If it is returned to us, we will not reimburse original shipping charges, only the cost of the item. If you'd like it reshipped, the cost to do so will be your responsibility.



Out of Stock Policy

We do our best to keep everything in stock. However, sometimes demand exceeds our expectations, or a manufacturer has an unanticipated delay. If something you've ordered is out of stock, we will email you upon receipt of order to review your options.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect items

All items are inspected and carefully packed at our shipping location in Madison, WI. All damages, missing items or incorrect shipments must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Email us and we will give you instructions on preparing the package, which may include a UPS return label to use. If the item proves to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item and original shipping costs. Remember to keep all original packaging materials as they're needed to make a claim. We may also need a digital photo of the damaged items. Email us at webpeople@popdeluxe.net and we will assist you with the return process.

Our shop is open 7 days a week, so if you’re in town, feel free to come by the store. Our store is hosted on Yahoo! and our orders are processed using Yahoo! Store's shopping cart. Yahoo!
