Shipping Rates
We ship UPS Ground. Most ship times are 5-9 business days from the time it leaves our shop. If you need an item shipped 2 or 3 day Air, please email us and we can get you a shipping quote. We currently only ship to the US. Sorry, no PO Boxes! UPS will make three attempts to deliver your item before it is returned to us. Be sure to watch for your shipment! If it is returned to us, we will not reimburse original shipping charges, only the cost of the item. If you'd like it reshipped, the cost to do so will be your responsibility.

Our Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.popdeluxe.net you can return the merchandise for a full refund LESS shipping costs. If you'd like to return your purchase, you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from us to put on the outside of your package. Please do not send any packages to us without obtaining this authorization number, it insures that we are expecting your return and will process your refund. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. A full refund will be issued for all returned items made within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new condition. Pop Deluxe is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, we strongly suggest insuring items and using a method that provides a tracking number. Pack items well in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%. Items such as DVDs and plants/seeds are not returnable. We're happy to exchange them, for an exact replacement only, if defective.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect items: All items are inspected and carefully packed at our shipping location in Madison, WI. All damages, missing items or incorrect shipments must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Email us and we will give you instructions on preparing the package, which may include a UPS return label to use. If the item proves to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund for the cost of the item and original shipping costs. Remember to keep all original packaging materials as they're needed to make a claim. We may also need a digital photo of the damaged items.
